About PT-141
Melanocortin receptor agonist studied for sexual response pathways. Also known as Bremelanotide.
PT-141 is supplied as a lyophilized powder in a 10mg vial. Commonly referenced research protocols reconstitute with 2ml of bacteriostatic water, yielding a concentration of 5000 mcg/ml.
Reconstitution reference
Using 2ml bacteriostatic water in a 10mg vial produces 5000 mcg/ml. A 1000mcg research dose = 20.0 IU on a U-100 insulin syringe.
