Ipamorelin is supplied as a lyophilized powder in a 5mg vial. Commonly referenced research protocols reconstitute with 2ml of bacteriostatic water, yielding a concentration of 2500 mcg/ml.
Reconstitution reference
Using 2ml bacteriostatic water in a 5mg vial produces 2500 mcg/ml. A 200mcg research dose = 8.0 IU on a U-100 insulin syringe.
